ABOUT SB 9

Angelo is a licensed Architect and General Contractor with over 45 years of experience. He studied at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture where he learned the principles of Organic Architecture.  As a longtime resident of the Santa Ynez Valley, he understands the complexities of building in such a unique area and has a unique knack for developing more complicated properties and designing truly one-of-a-kind homes.
Louis, Angelo's son-in-law, is a Haas Business School graduate, a 2 time start up founder and the current CEO of a healthcare start up who is very good at thinking outside the box.  As an advocate for the YIMBY movement, he has a unique vision for possibilities that SB 9 can bring throughout California.  Combined with Angelo's design skills, this family team is ready to help you unlock the potential of your property.
